Welcome to the “ELS” platform, powered by TCS. All users’ technology literacy level is considered sufficient as they managed to register and enroll in our online courses. Under technology literacy we mean the ability of an individual, to work independently, effectively, and appropriately use technology tools to access, manage, evaluate, create and communicate information in the “ELS” platform. By accessing our platform, you have agreed to the following general terms, conditions, and specific rules.
The commercial use, reproduction, transmission, or distribution of any information, software, or other material made available through the Platform without the prior written consent of “ELS” is strictly prohibited. You agree to use the Platform only for purposes that are lawful and permitted by the Terms. Gathering data from the Platform through harvesting or automated means is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will not:
– violate any laws or policies, including Privacy Policy
– distribute any spams or viruses that may harm “ELS” or its users
– hack or interfere with the proper functioning platform of “ELS” in any other way
– copy, modify or distribute content from “ELS” or “ELS”’s copyrights and trademarks
– use robots, or any other automated means to access “ELS” and collect information without our written consent
– collect information about users, including their data, without their consent.
You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Content by use of the Platform. TCS reserves the right to restrict or terminate the user’s usage of “ELS” if we believe that the user is violating terms and conditions.
Changes to terms
“ELS” reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or delete these Terms at any time and for any reason without notice to you. Any such modifications, amendments, updates, or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting.
Fees and Services
The services provided by “ELS” may incur certain fees and be subject to VAT. To the extent that any payment is required, users will be offered the terms of payment where they will be able to review and accept or decline these terms. Our fees are quoted in different currencies depending on the user’s location.
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.
If the payment method chosen by the user fails, TCS will collect fees owed using other mechanisms.
By accepting our Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that your “ELS” account may be deleted or deemed invalid if we believe that you have breached the “ELS” Terms & Conditions.
