Usually, physical products are returned, and the money gets refunded when someone requests a refund on those kinds of purchases. However, that is not the case in terms of most digital products. The reason is that customers cannot return a digital product.
On 1 January 2022, the Directive (EU) 2019/770 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services and the Directive (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods entered into application. Which states that consumers will be protected when digital content and digital services are faulty (for instance bought software suddenly stops working).
Nonetheless, because of the non-returnable nature of digital products on our platform, once you make a purchase, our refund policy is allowed to state no refunds.
Considering underlined aspects, we offer you a Trial Lesson since we value our customers and do our best to make your journey with us as pleasant as possible. You gain access to the first lesson of each paid course for free and then you can decide if you want to purchase the whole course.
Once you make the payment you will have access to the whole learning package which includes written materials, videos, and quizzes. After possessing the data, you cannot request a refund as you have access to our materials unless you delete your account and there is no way to return them back since we will not be able to check if you have a copy of the files or not.
